Job Responsibilities

• Accurately input update and maintain records in databases and spreadsheets.
  
• Verify and correct data entries to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  
• Perform routine data backups to safeguard data integrity.
  
• Organize and manage records for easy access and retrieval.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline datarelated workflows.
  
• Support data reporting and management tasks as needed.
  
• This is a 100% remote position allowing employees to work from home or any location of their choice.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in typing and data entry with strong attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with database management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
  
• Basic knowledge of office software like the Microsoft Office Suite .
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred).
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  

Experience:

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
