We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our systems, ensuring information integrity and confidentiality. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Retrieve and process information as requested by other departments.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain database accuracy.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
