Job Description
Join our team as a Data Entry Image Review Clerk for the Texas Department of Transportation (DOT) project with our esteemed client, TransCore. You will play a key role in identifying and accurately entering license plate information from various U.S. states and Canadian provinces into our system. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a structured environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Multiple positions available for immediate start!

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and input license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types.
• Process a minimum of 600 images per hour after training while maintaining high accuracy.
• Flag unclear license plate images and update information accordingly.
• Reject unidentifiable images following proper business rules and provide feedback to improve image quality.
• Monitor image and application quality to ensure consistent performance.

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing Skills : Minimum of 35 words per minute or 6,500 data entry strokes per hour (KSPH).
• Software Proficiency : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Adherence to a strict 30-day no-absence policy upon hire.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• Onsite position: Remote work is not available; must adhere to the assigned schedule.
