🔧 What You’ll Do

• Own merchant acquisition – Use your industry network and outbound skills to bring high-potential merchants onto the platform.
• Drive strategic growth – Solve complex issues like chargebacks, fraud, or processing limits with smart, scalable strategies.
• Deliver white-glove support – Be the go-to advisor helping merchants unlock product features, partner solutions, and data-driven decisions.
• Champion the brand – Represent the company in high-risk ecommerce communities, webinars, and industry events.

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years in high-risk ecommerce – Nutra, trial-to-bill, info products, or direct response experience is essential.
• Hands-on knowledge of merchant processing – You know BIN routing, reserves, chargeback thresholds, and acquirer underwriting like the back of your hand.
• Strong client service instincts – You’ve supported high-revenue, fast-scaling founders and know how to build trust quickly.
• A strategic mindset – You can break down complex growth challenges and offer simple, effective solutions.
• An entrepreneurial streak – You’re motivated by performance, not process. You want upside, autonomy, and to work with A-players.
