Job Description: Crude Settlements Manager
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Crude Settlements Manager. This role is essential for overseeing the financial and trading activities associated with crude oil transactions, ensuring all settlements are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of crude oil settlements.
- Coordinate with trading, accounting, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of payments and receipts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that optimize the settlement process and mitigate risks.
- Handle dispute resolution and negotiate terms as needed with counterparties.
- Prepare financial, performance, and compliance reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commodity trading, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the crude oil market and financial settlements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage teams effectively.
