We are seeking dedicated married couples to become flex houseparents . In this fulfilling role, you will live in on-campus homes, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students. You will create a loving and structured family environment, handling tasks such as transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and more. Initially, you will work in different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly in underserved settings.
• Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both partners should be 27 years of age or older.
• Maximum of three dependent children can reside in the home.
• Must adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol allowed while on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student home vans.
• Comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED is required; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate integrity, as staff members serve as role models for students.
• Both spouses must complete individual applications.
