Job Description

The Corporate Banking Associate / Senior Associate is an intermediate-level position responsible for leading credit & corporate finance solutions for some of the world's largest and most complex companies. The overall objective of this role is to drive revenue by cross-selling Citi's platform while efficiently deploying the firm's capital, all while evaluating and managing risk. **Responsibilities:** + Partner with Senior Bankers to provide overall relationship management support + Support Bankers in cross-selling Citi's full spectrum of products and services by identifying customer needs. Responsible for evaluating public financial filings, equity research reports, industry news, and financial forecasts to produce strategic and financial analyses + Assist with day-to-day client needs such as: underwriting credit, lending, accessing the investment grade and leveraged finance capital markets, providing FX & derivatives solutions, cash management & trade financing, providing capital allocation and capital structure advice, and constructing models to assess future cash flows, M&A firepower, M&A financing scenarios, and public ratings + Responsible for staying abreast of market and industry trends, "best practices", and the competitive landscape **Qualifications:** + 3-8 years of experience + Strong credit skills, credit background and knowledge of Citi's products + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills + SIE, series 79 and 63 required within 90 days of starting **Education:** + Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Institutional Banking ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Corporate Banking ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
