Job Details
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of strong tax background and transactional experience. Estate Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions experience is a must.
Experience representing clients in transactional matters, including business acquisitions and sales, commercial and industrial real estate transactions, commercial, office, retail and industrial leasing, and real estate lending on behalf of lenders and borrowers. Experience in estate and gift-tax planning and estate and trust administration, business succession planning and general corporate and business transactions and contracts.
Must have superior academic credentials. Your resume should reflect real academic accomplishment and leadership at your law school.
