Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our leadership team as a
Management Recruiter This position will help expand our talent acquisition strategy to recruit, hire, retain and advance our workforce. This position will recruit for property level management positions and corporate office roles. In this role, you will help us

Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with corporate & hotel department managers to identify key hiring criteria
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Outreach to potential candidates via a variety of networking tools
- Regular marketing efforts in the promotion of opening positions and the company as a whole
- Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.)
- Use traditional and nontraditional resources(online job fairs, social media, etc) to identify and attract quality candidates
- Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, transfer offer letters, etc
- Manage current candidate activity in ADP, the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Various HR projects, tasks, duties as needed based on needs of the business
- Provide weekly update open positions to corporate leadership
- Assist in analyzing turnover metrics
- Position the hotel as a "preferred employer" in the area by participating in recruiting events at schools, fairs conferences and networking events.
- Participate with Opening/Transitioning properties to ensure fully staffed at opening.
- Continue working relationships with recruitment vendors

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter, previous hospitality experience highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or work equivalent
- Accomplished leader, self-motivated, team builder, team player and excellent communicator
- Positive, creative, innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to exercise judgment and discretion
- Strong customer service orientation
