What You’ll Do

• Lead site accounting & finance operations , including cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Partner with plant leadership to develop budgets, review monthly performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive results.
• Oversee transactional accuracy —reconciliations, general ledger, and compliance.
• Manage inventory accounting, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with manufacturing experience required .
• Strong ERP systems expertise and deep knowledge of cost accounting .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major accounting systems.
• A hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can operate independently while influencing and collaborating with plant leadership.
• Strong communicator with integrity, judgment, and adaptability.
