Job Title : Temporary Legal & Risk Administrator (Contract)

Location : Irving, TX

Industry : Legal & Risk Management

Pay : $35 - $45 per hour

Job Description :

The Legal & Risk Administrator will be responsible for managing various contract administration tasks, including negotiating and executing client and supplier contracts, supporting HR and Facilities with recruiting and leasing agreements, and identifying opportunities to improve the contracting process for increased efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contract Management :
    • Prepare, administer, and maintain contracts, bids, and proposals in compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Support Sales and Account Management in negotiating terms and ensuring adherence to internal delegation of authority.
    • Utilize templates to highlight key clauses within contracts and ensure proper naming conventions for storage.
    • Generate monthly reports on contracts nearing expiration and collaborate with Sales for renewals.
    • Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure compliance with all contractual terms.
    • Manage the contract repository and organize key data within contracts.
    • Ensure fully executed contracts are collected and stored properly.
  • Risk Mitigation & Client Interaction :
    • Track and manage client questionnaires, profiles, and non-legal documents through Salesforce.
    • Review and store all contractual documents related to bids and RFPs.
    • Maintain and update a master questionnaire document to ensure compliance with changing requirements.
    • Track open items in Salesforce and report progress on completion.
    • Serve as a backup for other members of the Legal and Risk team when needed.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration and/or compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with complex contracts and negotiation processes.
