Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end executive search processes for assigned roles, partnering with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of executive and leadership talent.
• Act as the primary liaison with external search firms, managing relationships, communications, and candidate flow to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Provide polished, executive-level updates, candidate briefs, and market insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver market intelligence and competitive research to inform hiring strategies.
• Support recruitment for critical roles at other levels or provide targeted sourcing support as required.
• Ensure all recruitment activities reflect a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $50.00 - $70.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
