Content Marketing Specialist Description

We are seeking a motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Global Marketing team.

This role offers significant opportunities for a proactive individual to make an impact. As part of our corporate marketing efforts, the specialist will contribute to business development, brand growth, and industry discussions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creativity, excelling in storytelling and editorial skills to produce compelling content. Responsibilities

• Craft compelling narratives by identifying and telling impactful stories aligned with EPAM's mission
• Strategically develop different content formats that are leveraged across a variety of channels to engage audiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to co-create dynamic and relevant content
• Analyze content performance metrics and implement improvements for increased effectiveness in partnership with the Global Marketing Team
• Edit and ghostwrite content to maintain consistent tone, voice, and quality across all deliverables
• Contribute to the overall content strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience creating thought leadership content, marketing materials, web copy, and social media posts for B2B audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
• Ability to establish trust-based, empathetic relationships with marketing and business stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for storytelling through words and visuals
• Comfortable interviewing, ghostwriting, and providing editorial feedback for internal SMEs
• Demonstrate a learning mindset, embracing opportunities to explore new technologies and innovations while thriving in fast-paced, challenging environments
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality in all deliverables
• Strong command of AP Style and experience with marketing technologies, such as AI or project management tools, considered a plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $70K - $80K.
