We're seeking a qualified and cooperative Marketing and Events Specialist. This role combines marketing expertise with event management skills to create impactful campaigns and memorable experiences. You will collaborate across departments to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and deliver seamless event execution.

Qualifications: Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision. Proven success in managing end-to-end event logistics and campaigns. Experience managing social media platforms for organizations, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) is a plus.
Proficiency in working with editing software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Experience with managing and monitoring the performance of mass email communication. General Skills

WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT) This position is currently designated as a hybrid (part in-office and part remote/Telework) position.
This position is full time (40 hours per week) and may require occasional overtime. Local periodic travel may be required.
PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends Determine product demand and customer awareness. Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment. Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. Review and optimize marketing budget. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications: Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
Experience in a managerial role.
