**General Qualifications:** + 7 years of experience with multiple IT and Enterprise technology areas spanning Data Center, Networking, Security, and Cloud + 5+ years of which in a Pre-Sales capacity + Experience working with AAA gaming companies + Strong programming skills with experience in modern game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity. + Proficiency in DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code. + Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows, particularly as applied to game development, personalization, simulation, or NPC behaviors. + Architecture, engineering or strong operational experience with data center, storage, server, backup and virtualization hardware, software and architecture(s). + Deep understanding of VMware, OpenStack, containers, Kubernetes. + Excellent oral and written communication skills, product demonstration skills, customer service skills, and presentation skills are required. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships + Strong personality with leadership skills working in a complex matrix organization. + OEM certifications highly desired. + Ability to bridge technical and business conversations with clients, from CIOs to engineering leads. + Experience with pre-sales engineering, solution design, and technical consulting. + Comfortable in workshop or whiteboard sessions, explaining architectural trade-offs and emerging technology trends. + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience + San Diego, Los Angeles, or Bay Area based candidates highly preferred + Must be able to travel **Want to learn more about WWT Global Service Provider expertise? A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $100,000-150,000 + commission. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
