Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints
  • Manage the contract buyout process, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
  • Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
  • Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management for healthcare or healthcare related projects.
  • Experience with project management, scheduling, budgets, contract buyout, and subcontractor management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
