Skills Current State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing). Valid CPR certification. Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation). Attention to detail, ability to multitask, work accurately, and maintain composure in stressful situations. Ability to work cooperatively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong time management, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning skills. Valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance coverage.
