Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Field Superintendent to oversee and coordinate the on-site operations of commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This key leadership role is hands-on, fast-paced, and crucial to ensuring every roof we install is built to spec, on time, and with unmatched quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations on commercial roofing job sites, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality control.
• Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, enforcing project timelines and company standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, estimators, and clients to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues proactively to prevent delays or defects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and job logs.
• Mentor crew members and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.).
• 1+ years of leadership experience in field supervision or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, construction methods, and jobsite logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate crews under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
