Job Description: Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support our client’s team at their O'Fallon, Missouri office. This role is essential for providing excellent service to clients in the transportation insurance sector. The position is a 3-4 month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. While the role requires on-site work five days a week, there may be an opportunity for one day of remote work in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist producers with renewal set-ups to ensure timely processing.
• Issue certificates of insurance as needed.
• Gather necessary data for quoting and binding new policies.
• Provide immediate follow-up on incoming requests from clients and other sources.
• Manage claims intake and reporting to carriers, ensuring policyholders are kept informed about claims status.
• Maintain accurate account files and documentation for all clients.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines CSR (Auto, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Employment Practices Liability Insurance) within the transportation market (e.g., para transit, non-emergency medical transportation, limousines, cabs, shuttles, trucking).
• 1+ year of experience using Applied EPIC.
• Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures and documentation.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle client situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and flexibility.

Work Environment:

• On-site work required five days a week in O'Fallon, Missouri 63366.
• Potential for one day of remote work in the future.
• Initial contract period of 3-4 months, with the possibility of converting to a permanent position based on performance.
