Schedule
We offer two flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, with one weekend day required:

Tuesday - Saturday
Sunday - Thursday
Shift:

8-10 hour shifts between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM (in your time zone)
Training:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST for the first week
What You'll Do
As a Clinician Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clinicians have accurate and efficient schedules, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Mastering Our Scheduling System: Participate in a streamlined training program to quickly learn and effectively use our new electronic health record (EHR) scheduling tool.
Seamless Schedule Transitions: Collaborate with the implementation and practice operations teams to transfer clinician schedules from the old EHR system to the new one.
Building and Updating Schedules: Create and manage clinician schedule templates, ensuring they align with availability and practice expectations.
Partner with Key Teams: Work closely with the Behavioral Health Clinician Liaison team to ensure schedules meet operational requirements and support efficient care delivery.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Scheduling Experience: At least 1 year of scheduling experience, ideally in a fast-paced, virtual healthcare environment.
Adaptability & Independence: The ability to learn new systems quickly and work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
Strong Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple schedules for 70-100 clinicians.
