Full-Time | On-site

Compensation: $25-$30/hour

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Find Amazing Talent

• Source RBT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, universities, and creative channels
• Build relationships with future team members and create an incredible talent pipeline
• Craft compelling job posts that make people say "I need to work there!"

Connect & Inspire

• Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews that feel like exciting conversations
• Spot the spark in candidates who will be amazing with our kids
• Share the incredible impact our RBTs create every day

Launch Careers

• Create welcoming onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
• Guide them through paperwork, certifications (RBT/BACB), and all the logistics
• Ensure they have everything needed to make an immediate impact

Nurture & Retain

• Check in regularly (30, 60, 90 days) to ensure new hires are thriving
• Be the trusted go-to person for questions, support, and guidance
• Partner with leadership on engagement initiatives and professional development
• Track retention metrics and turn insights into action

Must-Haves:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare/behavioral health is a bonus!)
• Natural relationship-builder with stellar organizational skills
• Proficient with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

Bonus Points:

• Experience recruiting clinical/direct care roles in ABA, mental health, or developmental services
• Knowledge of RBT certification and BACB requirements
• Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish)
