We Are Hiring: CDL Pump Truck Operator

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable CDL Pump Truck Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily focused on septic tank and grease trap pumping, along with maintenance and repairs of septic systems. Opportunities to engage in system installations, operate heavy machinery, and perform various maintenance tasks are also available and can be explored as secondary responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Septic Services: Pump and clean septic tanks and grease traps efficiently.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs on various septic systems.
• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities (Optional):

• Assist with the installation of new septic systems.
• Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and skid steers.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed, utilizing mechanical skills.
• Transport materials to and from job sites as needed.
• Snow plowing during the winter months; experience in snow plowing is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement (or the ability to obtain one).
• Clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience driving CDL trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Mechanical inclination; experience with maintenance tasks and a preference for those with septic or related industry experience.
• Snow plowing experience is highly valued and preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
