Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $300,000 to $400,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across departments Manage financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements Oversee revenue management and cost control initiatives to improve profitability Supervise accounting functions including financial and technical accounting Requirements Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize financial performance Drive cost management efforts to enhance operational efficiency Lead mergers and acquisitions activities to support company growth Manage IT department operations and oversee process automation initiatives Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and active CPA required Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role with acquisitions and multi-entity structures Demonstrate experience managing high-volume transaction teams Show prior experience overseeing IT departments and systems integration Possess strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Century Group
