We are hiring CNAs and HCAs. We are looking for a skilled caregivers that are reliable, empathetic, and kind.

We are a small boutique Adult Family Home near 6th Ave in Tacoma and provide top care for six lovely residents at a time. All easy care, one person assist, ADLs, meals and activities. The staff employed are all kind professional caregivers.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide each resident with routine daily care and services.

Requirements

• CNA or HCA License in Washington State.
• Orientation & Safety for HCAs.
• Mental Health and Dementia certificates.
• Current First Aid/CPR and Food Handler’s certificates.
• Include a detailed resume outlining your work history.
• On your resume, include the license you hold, certificates you have along with renewal dates as applicable.

We are looking for experienced caregivers with these qualities :

• Empathetic.
• Gentle with our Residents.
• Understanding of resident's needs, concerns, fears.
• Patient.
• Dedicated to their job and career as a caregiver.
• Stable work experience as a caregiver or other job position.
• Dedication to your job.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Personal care for our residents in all activities of daily living in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• One person assisting for transfers.
• Medication assistance.
• Cooking and meal preparation.
• General Housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, keeping the house clean and organized.
