With access to expert training, daily accountability, and rewarding commissions, you’ll have the foundation to stay consistent and confident as you grow your career.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions

• Attend real estate training
• Organize and build your database
• Communicate with your database
• Intern with teams or agents when possible
• Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
• Learn sales talk and scripts
• Complete designated non-agent allowed activities
• Misc. activities as needed

• Driven individuals with a strong desire to grow
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma (college a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Willingness to complete the required coursework and pass the exam
• Committed to launching a high-earning, commission-based career
