Job Summary: The Car Wash Manager at Wash Masters is responsible for the daily operation of the car wash located in Arlington, TX. The Manager will oversee the staff, ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, monitor quality control, and improve the customer experience. Compensation & Benefits: This Full-Time salary position pays an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000 and is compensated on a weekly basis. Benefits include:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash
• Recruit, manage, and train staff
• Create and enforce policies and procedures
• Process all transactions and reconcile all sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Monitor budget and expenses

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car wash management
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license
