Our client, a dedicated educational institution, is seeking a Campus Monitor to join their team. As a Campus Monitor, you will be part of the security team supporting the safety and well-being of students and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring a secure environment.

Job Title: Campus Monitor - Per Diem

Location: Yorktown Heights, NY

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

What's the Job?

• Monitor and secure the premises of the campus, both inside and outside.
• Check in visitors and ensure proper procedures are followed for appointments.
• Provide assistance and guidance to students and staff as needed.
• Respond to any incidents or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with school administration to maintain a safe learning environment.

What's Needed?

• Several years of law enforcement or security experience.
• Experience working in a school district is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
