Are you looking for a great opportunity to build your customer service skills in a professional call center environment? We are seeking part-time Call Center Representatives to join our team! No prior experience is needed - training is provided for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
Work closely with management to meet quality and productivity goals.
Generate at least 6 leads per day (30 per week).
Make a minimum of 350+ calls per day.

What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and phone etiquette.
Bilingual candidates are a plus (but not required).

No experience? No problem! This is a great entry-level opportunity, and comprehensive training is provided.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 Per Hour
