Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team, specializing in the installation of custom and wood cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-quality materials, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship. You will be responsible for ensuring the precise and efficient installation of cabinetry in both residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Install custom and wood cabinetry in kitchens.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble cabinets on-site, ensuring perfect fit and alignment.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Use tools and equipment safely, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure all cabinetry is securely installed and functions correctly, including doors, drawers, and hardware.
  • Perform finishing touches, such as adjusting hinges, handles, and securing trim.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols on all jobs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of custom and wood cabinetry installation techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and design plans.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various environments.
