Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) is seeking full-time employees to fill BUTCHER/MEAT CUTTER FRESH PROCESSING positions. Monday – Friday hours with probable overtime – NO WEEKENDS! Main Duties: Efficiently and safely conduct the cutting and sawing of meat products in the processing room while ensuring accuracy and quality of the product being produced, and assist with other miscellaneous duties in the processing room.

• Communicate with packaging assistant to insure correctness of all orders
• Prepare all USDA and company paperwork for the processing operation
• Assist in training of meat cutters and assistant cutters
• Perform meat cutting duties
• Perform other miscellaneous duties on the processing floor
• Assist in other departments as needed

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the production worker is exposed to: Extreme cold temperatures, blood, excessive moisture, machine noise. Skills and Experience Needed for Success:

• Experience keeping a sharp knife
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow directions
• Be able to stand for 10 hours per day
