Butcher / Meat Cutter – 1st Shift (No Experience Needed)

Location: Vernon, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 AM or 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

About the Role

We are hiring entry-level Butchers / Meat Cutters to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. This position does not require prior experience—training will be provided! Associates will work with knives , cutting and trimming meat in a cold (20–40&degree;F) , high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following GMPs and food safety guidelines.
• Follow directions from leads and supervisors in a fast-paced setting.
• Handle knives and other cutting tools safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verified).
• Must speak Spanish or be bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (20–40&degree;F).
• Must have reliable transportation (limited parking on-site).
• Comfortable in crowded areas and with supervisors communicating loudly due to noise levels.
