What You'll Do

• Lead and grow sales opportunities through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.

• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies.

• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and forecasts.

• Document all sales activities in CRM for clear tracking and reporting.

• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and customer outreach.

• Partner with production, customer service, and shipping to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Represent Tusk Molding at trade shows and customer site visits (about 30% travel).

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience (manufacturing or B2B sales a plus).

• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical products clearly.

• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals.

• Skilled at building lasting customer relationships.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (NetSuite a plus).
