Description
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Business Execution; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Skills & Qualifications
Maintain real-time tracking of each candidate’s progress through the Pre-Registration process.
· Review Pre-Registration forms for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
· Ensure all required information is present using the provided checklist.
· Respond promptly to requests and inquiries to prevent delays in the onboarding process.
· Compile and submit batch upload spreadsheets for background checks using the provided framework.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between Pre- Registration/Registration teams and employees/managers.
· Coordinate requests and gather necessary documentation or information as needed.
· Facilitate a smooth handoff of candidate files and status updates to the Registration team for next steps.
· Conduct thorough reviews of applicants’ Pre-Registration backgrounds.
· Submit fingerprints to FINRA in accordance with regulatory requirements.
· Process amendments to Form U4.
· Collect, organize, and retain documents for each applicant’s Registration file

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
