Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality visual content for social media, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Assist in the development of brand assets, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Create and refine mockups, layouts, and design revisions.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant software.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs in accordance with established guidelines.
• Contribute creative concepts and ideas during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
Qualifications
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills (experience in launching and incubating a brand
from scratch is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for layout, youth-driven culture, and color
trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Lived experience in California or strong familiarity with California youth and lifestyle culture is highly
desirable.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
