Growing West Michigan business is seeking candidates for an office management position.
Hillstone Cabinetry has recently acquired Signature Stone Tops, a well-established surface (countertop) fabricator in Comstock Park. The newly formed venture is dedicated to creating an impact in the West Michigan construction community. We are presently operating from our fabrication shop in Comstock Park, while in the process of opening an additional showroom location near the 28th St. and Brenton.
We are seeking a bookkeeper’s role for immediate hire. Duties would include, but not be limited to the following:
Administrative Tasks:
· Handling incoming calls and emails
· Maintaining office supplies
Operational Management:
· Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
· Managing office equipment and technology
Team Support:
· Provide clerical support as necessary for office and production staff
Bookkeeping:
· Recording transactions: Recording daily transactions, such as purchases, sales, expenses, payments, and invoices
· Producing financial reports: Generating balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
· Managing accounts: Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow
· Reconciling accounts: Reconciling accounts and reporting discrepancies
· Communicating with clients: Accounts Receivable Collections
· Using bookkeeping software: Using Quickbooks software, spreadsheets, and other databases to post financial transactions
