Part-Time Bookkeeper
We are searching for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to support a busy and successful business. This position is a part-time (15-20hrs per week). Our position offers initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay, accrued sick leave, and retirement savings.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining financial spreadsheets.
- Recording transactions.
- Data Entry.
- Credit Card and bank account balancing.
- Managing accounts receivable.
- Maintaining and correcting complex invoices for clients.
Requirements:
- Must have an advanced skill level with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a minimum 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar level role.
- Must have a degree or a relevant certification in accounting, bookkeeping, etc.
- Must feel comfortable and confident in working and handling tasks with little to no supervision.
Hours:
- Our office is open 10am-7pm, M-F, but as this job is part-time, we would need you to be in the office 2 days per week for a full day OR 3 days per week for a half day.
- This could be any days between Tuesday and Friday, depending on what works best for your schedule.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
