Bookkeeper / Accountant with Yardi
Our client, a strong stable and growing commercial real estate organization has an immediate need for a Real Estate Property Accountant
• Responsible for monthly accounting and reporting for multiple properties including accruals, insurance, tax and depreciation and management fees.
• Monthly reporting including variances and actual to forecasted budget.
• Cam Reconciliations.
Requirements: • Degree in Accounting required
• Five or more years of commercial property management experience required
• Experience with MRI or Yardi software
• Strong Excel skills
