Summary

Part-time or Full-time positions. Mobile appointments. Using neurodiversity-affirming strategies, help neurodivergent children improve their behavior using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

Duties

• :Child-directed, play-based therapy provided in the community, at home or school.
• Complete evaluations to identify their behavior challenges.
• Establish neurodiversity-affirming goals that meet the child and family's objectives.
• Develop individualized plans to help clients improve their behavior
• Monitor and report progress to families, teacher, and clinical team.
• Consult with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss treatment and progress, and recommending ways to address behavioral issues
• Coach staff in writing behavior intervention plans and implementing multi-tiered systems of support
• Supervise and train RBTs.

Requirements

• Master's in Behavioral Analysis
• Board Certified & Licensed in TN
• Valid TN Driver's License
• Pass a background check
