Calling all BCBAs in Rockville! Able Minds ABA is expanding in Montgomery County and were looking for driven clinicians who are passionate about early intervention and behavior change.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving Rockville and its surrounding areas , youll play a key role in developing individualized ABA programs that empower children and their families. Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
BCBA certification in good standing.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
