Bilingual Spanish HR Manager
Growing young company in the warehouse space seeks multi-functional Subject Matter Expert for Human Resources, Training and Recruiting by leading with best practices. This is a highly visible role for one of our top clients and this individual must be a self-starter, be fluent in Spanish, with a sense of urgency. The role requires you to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization while providing exceptional support to our Operations leaders. To be successful, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders and their teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that cultivate growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This includes creating, building, and implementing programs, processes, and tools to increase efficiencies.to demonstrate leadership skills by being proactive in problem solving and finding solutions. Duties - Onboarding: Ensure hourly and salaried onboarding programs are delivered effectively and streamlined. - Learning and Development: Partner with Operations to identify curriculum that supports an early career leadership development program. Ability to facilitate programs and ensure deliverables are being met. Create and utilize scorecard for measuring program metrics. - Open door policy: Lead and provide guidance to leaders on associate relations supporting an open-door policy. - Leadership support: Act as a transparent partner by counseling and/or coaching leaders to determine appropriate course of action regarding associate relations. - Policy administration: Support and guide leaders regarding Company policies and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are compliant with employment law. - Talent Acquisition: Partner with Operations and review hourly staffing plans to ensure goals can be met and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely placement of talent. - Assist and support all HR activities/duties as needed. Skills and Qualifications: - Associates degree in related field preferred. SHRM certification preferred within one year. - 3+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including policy creation and implementation, coaching, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and workplace investigations. experience a plus. - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish). - Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen. - Ability to effectively communicate with team members from diverse backgrounds and with different communication styles. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish - Proven ability to assess, mitigate, prevent, and prioritize replace-related risks and liabilities. - Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations relating to employment laws.
