$60,000-$73,000 Full Health Benefits and 401K Match

We are looking for a Bilingual HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our HR team and manage the recruitment process! Our company is a well-respected name in the consumer electronics industry, manufacturing wearable technology products for a variety of different applications. Responsibilities


  • Drive the full cycle recruiting process from finding top-notch candidates to coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Keep HR operations running smoothly by maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits, and supporting new employee onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to bring their hiring goals to life with personalized recruiting support.
  • Translate policies, communications, and employee resources for Spanish-speaking employees to ensure all employees feel informed and valued.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to HR projects to boost engagement, support HR initiatives, or enhance employee experience.


Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Bachelors degree required, with preference given to Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related majors.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting/HR role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
