JOB SUMMARY:
- Greet all clients to the Connection Center in person and via phone
- Interact with and assist individuals seeking support for healthy behaviors, including emotional and behavioral health, physical/nutrition health, and spiritual health
- Monitor all incoming mail, emails and referrals, delegate assignment to appropriate location, complete necessary data tracking, and scheduling appointments for Navigation support
- Provide information and referral resources as appropriate via phone and in person for clients and community partners
- Maintain office organization and professional presentation
- Assist in maintaining social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Maintain Partner and Team Directories
- Provide administrative support to Connection Center, teams and committees, including mailing, solicitations, and patient communication
- Assist with insurance verification for patients throughout Behavioral Health Service Line
- Assist with meeting coordination including room reservations, updating calendars and working with appropriate hospital departments to arrange catering, room set up and equipment needs
- Assist with all Behavioral Health events, which may include tracking RSVPs, registration, processing monetary income and reporting
- Assist in creating and maintaining new processes and procedures for Behavioral Health programming

- Maintaining calm demeanor in high stress situations
- Driving company vehicle to attend events/conferences/fairs on hospital's behalf

LICENSURE/CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Indiana State Driver’s License required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Preferred Community Health Worker or related certification.
- Required 1 - 3 years administrative support.
- Suicide Prevention training required within 6 months of hire date.
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Mandatory Continuing Education: Customer Service, Fire and Safety, Corporate Compliance (including Confidentiality), Infection Control, and education required by regulatory, accreditation bodies, scope of practice, and/or Hancock Regional Hospital.
