Allied Universal® is hiring a Behavior Detection Officer. Utilizing the highest caliber of security professionals the Allied Universal SUSPICION INDICATORS RECOGNITION & ASSESSMENT (SIRA program provides enhanced security to clients and facilities from possible acts of violence, sabotage, and crime). At each AUS/SIRA Program site, certified Behavior Detection Officers (BDO) conduct patrols and interact with guests, tenants, and others to proactively identify suspicion indicators, assess threat potential, and engage in security interviewing in order to deter and prevent malicious acts, while providing the highest level of customer service. As a part of the AUS/SIRA proactive security model, Behavior Detection Officers (BDOs) develop and maintain close working relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and other private entity partners.
