Position Overview: Your Dream Job is Here!

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a role that's both rewarding and flexible? We're looking for a full-time BCBA to join our team in a fun, fast-paced in-clinic setting. You'll work directly with clients, developing personalized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians. But here's the best part: you'll get to work 2 days per month from home ! Plus, you'll collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team that's all about providing top-notch care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and lead personalized ABA treatment plans that change lives.
• Track client progress with assessments and data analysis-watch those milestones happen!
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians, making sure everyone's on the same page.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best care possible.
• Keep things organized -document progress and treatment plans with ease.
• Stay updated on the latest ABA research and best practices to improve client outcomes.
• Enjoy flexibility with your hours (8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday), blending in-clinic and remote work .

Qualifications:

• Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (Required) and AZ LBA (Required).
• Proven ABA experience and a passion for supporting kids and families.
• Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A collaborative team spirit.
• Experience with diverse client populations? Even better!
