A growing automotive organization in the Valley Ford of Columbus area is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Controller . Automotive Controller Key Responsibilities

• Manage all dealership accounting operations, reporting, and internal controls
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, manufacturer, and state regulations
• Support dealership leadership with analysis and recommendations
• Lead and mentor accounting staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee audits, cost control, and cash flow management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 3–5 years of automotive dealership accounting or controller experience
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), ERP, and Excel
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven record of accuracy, integrity, and financial acumen
• CDK Experience Preferred
