Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery from planning to completion. Analyze financial statements and assess risks to provide valuable insights to clients. Stay up to date with regulatory and accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP. Mentor and develop junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Utilize advanced audit tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and enhance audit quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including financial services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Internationally recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA) 2+ years of audit experience in a public practice firm, preferably with a Big 4 or Top 10 firm. Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Preferred Experience Previous experience in the financial services sector Familiarity with cloud-based audit software and data analytics tools. Experience working in a multicultural environment and adapting to different regulatory frameworks. Why Join?
