Insight Global us hiring a skilled Conference Team Lead to join and support our ongoing mission in Rock Island, IL. The Conference Team Task Lead is responsible for leading a small team of VTC facilitators who support the scheduling/facilitation and technical capabilities of several conference rooms.
What You'll Do:
- Reviews room capabilities with current technology and government trends to suggest ideas/equipment that can improve functionality of the rooms.
- Offers proposed equipment recommendation when requested by G6 customer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of five (5) years of combined experience of specialized training and experience in telecommunication systems operation and management.
- Should possess certifications in related areas and have clear goals of additional certifications needed to support emerging technologies.
- Must have at least two (2) years leadership experience. Crestron programming is highly recommended.
- ACTIVE Secret DoD Clearance (or higher)
Compensation : $75,000-83,000/year
