We utilize and integrate skills across scenic, staging, audio, video, and lighting disciplines to provide a seamless and well-executed production experience for every event as well as providing an unmatched client satisfaction and an epic experience for all. We provide production services for over 300 events each year with clients including Apple, Tesla, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Hulu, Spotify, Nike, Netflix, Louis Vuitton, and Giorgio Armani.

McNally Enterprises is seeking individuals to join our Audio department as A1 Audio Engineers/Board Operators.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating modern 32+channel digital audio consoles from Digico, Yamaha, Allen-Heath, Midas, Avid, or other touring-grade manufacturers.
Operating with line array systems and possessing a general knowledge of speaker placement fundamentals.
Prepping pull sheets and QC gear in the shop.
Understanding basic RF theory and wireless microphone operation.
Positioning (5) or more Lavalier microphones on stage successfully.
Ability to "EQ" a room successfully to avoid feedback and optimize acoustic performance.
Willing to lend a hand in all other aspects of production when audio setup is complete
Ability to work long hours and maintain a flexible schedule
Lifting various audio and event-related equipment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Performing various other duties assigned by MEI management staff.
