Full-Time General Dentist needed in Salisbury, MD!! Our family-oriented private practice, conveniently located just off the Eastern Shore of Maryland, is seeking our next associate to join our team! We welcome new graduates and offer mentorship as needed. Our practice focuses on a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, including but not limited to basic root canals, crowns and bridges, veneers, extractions, dentures, restorations, fillings, and teeth whitening. While we primarily serve adult patients, we also see some pediatric cases. For complex procedures, such as implant placement, sedation, and emergency cases, we refer patients to specialized providers. Our office does not focus heavily on periodontal treatments. Compensation and Benefits: Daily Guarantee between $650-$725/daily || 32% of collections Ins; Health and Dental CE Allowance and 401K w/ match (after 1 year) About the Office: FFS (25%) || PPO (50%) || Traditional (15%) || Medicaid (10%) Clinically experienced hygiene team/assistants, and admin Most working at practice have ties to the area Complete patient load with excellent rapport – office is always growing. Mentorship and CE available Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:30am – 4:00) Friday (7:45am – 2:00) NO WEEKENDS!!
