CTA Construction Managers is an award-winning, ENR top 100 Green Contractor based in Waltham, MA. We are currently seeking Assistant Project Managers looking for a career opportunity to construct large scale, complex, state of the art, LEED certified buildings throughout Massachusetts. The ideal candidate should be looking to provide support to the project team in a fast paced and collaborative work environment. We are looking for candidates that are willing to expand their roles with the goal of developing into a Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Team with the various PM duties including:

• Assist with Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management
• Management of the project closeout documentation process
• Management of the Submittal and RFI process
• Evaluating RFPs and soliciting pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
• Tracking material procurement

Desired Requirements:

• A BS degree (civil engineering or construction management preferred)
• 0 to 5 years of construction industry experience
• Exceptional communication
• organizational and computer skills are a must.
